Meeting Topic:

“Entrepreneurship and Management: Differences in Tools and Approaches”

Entrepreneurship and management are closely connected, but they require different approaches to decision-making, teamwork, process development, and achieving business goals.

During the meeting, participants will discuss how entrepreneurial thinking differs from managerial thinking, which tools are needed at different stages of company development, and how to find a balance between strategic vision and systematic management.
