Association of Sellers of Software and IT Services "IT ALLIANCE SWS"

This Privacy Policy of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to information from Users of the website of the Association of Sellers of Software and IT Services "IT ALLIANCE SWS" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 dated 07/02/2019. "On personal Data", Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 71 dated February 8, 2020 "On approval of the Regulations on the State register of personal data databases" and other regulatory legal acts in force on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This policy applies only to the Company's website, the Company is not responsible and does not control the Services/sites/Third-party mobile applications to which Users can click on a link from the Company's website.

Registration on the Company's website means full unconditional agreement with this Policy, in case of disagreement with this Policy, the User must refrain from using the Company's Website.

1. Definition of terms:

1.1 Personal data — information recorded on electronic, paper and (or) other material media related to a specific User of the Company's Website or making it possible to identify him;

1.2 Personal data processing is the implementation of one or a set of actions for the collection, systematization, storage, modification, addition, use, provision, dissemination, transfer, depersonalization and destruction of personal data;

1.3 Personal data base — a database in the form of an information system containing personal data;

1.4 The Operator/The owner of the personal data database (operator/owner) is the Association of Sellers of Software and IT Services "IT ALLIANCE SWS";

1.5 The subject of personal data (subject/User) is an individual to whom personal data relates.

1.6 A third party is any person who is not a subject and/or operator, but is associated with them by circumstances or relationships related to the processing of personal data;

1.7 Publicly available personal data — personal data, access to which is free with the consent of the subject or which is not subject to confidentiality requirements;

1.8 Publicly available sources of personal data — sources of personal data where personal data such as last name, first name, patronymic, year and place of birth, address, subscriber number, information about the profession and other personal data of the User are stored.

2. The purpose of the collection and processing of Personal Data by the Company:

2.1 The Company collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for the provision of services in accordance with its public offers, Contracts on the Company's websites, services, platforms and other sites.

2.2 Personal data of Users of the Company's Website may be used for the purpose of:

• 2.2.1 Communication with the User of the Company's Website: communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information related to the use of the Services/The Company's websites, the provision of services by the Company, as well as the processing of requests and requests from Users, including the subsequent transfer of such requests and requests for execution to Contractors/For agents/To subagents/A partner of the Company;
• 2.2.2 Improving the quality of the Company's Website;
• 2.2.3 Conducting marketing campaigns for Users of the Company's Website by the Company or its Counterparties/Agents/By subagents/Partners;

3. The procedure and conditions for Processing Personal Data by the Company:

3.1 The participants in the processing of personal data are the subject and the operator. The legal representative of the subject and third parties may also participate in the processing of personal data.

3.2 The confidentiality of the User's personal information is ensured.

3.3 The storage period of personal data is 5 (five) years.

3.4 Changes and additions to personal data are carried out by the operator on the basis of a request from the subject no later than 3 (three) business days from the date of such request. Changes and additions to personal data that do not correspond to reality are made immediately from the moment such a discrepancy is established.

3.5 The collection/processing/storage of the User's personal data is carried out only in accordance with the purposes (see Section 2 of this Policy). Redundancy of the User's personal data in excess of the prescribed conditions is not allowed.

3.6 The Company has the right to transfer the User's personal data to third parties in cases where the transfer of personal data is necessary for the use of a certain service of the Company, including for the execution of the User's order.

3.7 The User's personal data is subject to disclosure at the lawful request of law enforcement and other authorized state bodies, as well as in other cases provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3.8 The User's personal data may be transferred to the following list of third parties:

• 3.8.1 Law enforcement and other government agencies to implement the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• 3.8.2 Contractors/For agents/To subagents/To the Company's Partners in order to fulfill the requirements of Contracts concluded with the Company;
• 3.8.3 Employees of the Company for the purposes provided for in Section 2 of this Policy. 

4. Personal data of Users that the Company receives, uses, and processes:

4.1 Last name and first name;

4.2 Postal address;

5. Conditions for the deletion of personal data of Users of the Company's Website:

5.1 Personal data is subject to destruction by the Company, as well as by a third party:

• 5.1.1 when the purpose of personal data processing is achieved;
• 5.1.2 if there is a revocation of the subject's consent to the processing of personal data;
• 5.1.3 upon expiration of the period for processing personal data determined by the consent of the subject;
• 5.1.4 upon the entry into force of a court decision on the destruction of Personal Data of a User of the Company's Website.
   

6. Guarantees:

6.1 The Company shall take legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, ensuring:

• 6.1.1 implementation of the User's right to protection from interference in his private life;
• 6.1.2 integrity and security of personal data;
• 6.1.3 confidentiality of personal data;
• 6.1.4 prevention of illegal processing of personal data.

6.2 The Company and other persons are not entitled to disclose and not distribute personal data of Users of the Company's Website without the consent of the personal data subject, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6.3 The Company uses the most modern technical and organizational means for the highest degree of protection of the User's personal data from illegal access, modification, copying, use, deletion, distribution, placement in the public domain and other illegal actions of third parties.

7. Final provisions:

7.1 The User can receive clarifications, send comments, suggestions, questions regarding this Policy by sending an email to: info@italliance.uz

7.2 Consent to the terms of personal data processing is valid for an indefinite period until the moment of its withdrawal by the User by sending a corresponding notification to the Company's email address specified in clause 7.1. of this Policy.

7.3 The Company has the right to make changes and edits to this Policy without prior consent or notification of the User of the Company's Website. All changes and edits will be legally binding after 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of publication of the changes and edits on the official website of the Company: info@italliance.uz
