PLUS-Forum “Digital Uzbekistan” was successfully held on June 12-13, 2024 in Tashkent, becoming a significant event in the field of digital technologies in Central Asia. The forum brought together leading experts and business representatives to discuss topical issues of interaction between government agencies, the banking sector and trade retail.

The event was organized with the support of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Agency for Prospective Projects and the Committee for the Development of Competition and Consumer Protection2. It provided a unique opportunity for participants to learn about cutting-edge AI solutions, meet key executives and top managers, and discuss the transformation of challenges and solutions required for a digital society.

One of the highlights of the forum was the exhibition, where companies from Central Asia and other countries of the world presented their innovative products and services. CyberNet offered a unique opportunity to receive one of 20 grants worth $50,000 to implement AI solutions in contact centers3.

PLUS-Forum “Digital Uzbekistan” emphasized the importance of digital transformation for the development of the economy of Uzbekistan and contributed to the promotion of international cooperation in the field of banking and financial technologies. This event became a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience, as well as for the launch of new promising projects, including international initiatives14.
