SOFTPROM is looking for a business development manager in the field of IT security in Uzbekistan.
Key personal qualities:
- An active, open, result-oriented person
- The ability to quickly learn and use new knowledge, trends, topics
- Willingness to work in multitasking mode in a rapidly changing environment/market
- Willingness to study the sales process of technically complex IT security solutions (DLP, PAM, SIEM, MDM, WAF ...). Technical experience in the field of system integration and distribution may be a plus, but it is not decisive if the candidate is ready to quickly delve into the sales process of complex IT solutions.
- Good organizational skills
- The ability to perform tasks independently
- An initiative for ideas and development plans within the workspace. And determination in the implementation of these ideas and plans.
- The ability to think \"outside the box\", without stereotypes of previous experience.
- The ability to make independent decisions
- Broad knowledge is an advantage
Scope of responsibilities (incomplete list):
- Attracting and developing new and existing partners
- Cooperation with new and existing partners within the framework of their projects: assistance in finding new opportunities, preparation of a commercial offer, support and successful closure of these projects. (A project is an opportunity to sell a product/solution through a partner to a customer)
- Preparation of business development and marketing plans, implementation of these plans
- Conducting meetings/presentations with partners and end users. Conducting a POC. Engaging in cooperation with vendors and distributors.
- Cooperation with vendors (registration of projects, partner programs, etc.)
- Preparation of reports and sales plans
Requirements:
- Sales experience in the telecommunications and IT market in Uzbekistan for more than 2 years
- English intermediate and above.
Conditions:
- A contract with an Austrian company.
- Fix: minimum 1000 USD (the final amount is negotiated based on the results of the interview) + Margin bonus
