Business Development Manager

Bekem Trade is a major distributor of IT software and hardware products operating throughout the Central Asian region.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager.

It's important to us:

  • Higher education;
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales of B2B solutions;
  • Knowledge of the IT market and vendors in Uzbekistan;
  • The ability to negotiate and build long-term business relationships at the TOP and middle level;
  • Competent oral and written speech;
  • Skills to work with people;
  • Knowledge of MS Office products and confident work in them.

About the functionality:

  • Interaction with vendors in a certain direction, registration of transactions in vendor systems, receipt of commercial offers from vendors;
  • Development of partners in the field, conducting training and presentations to partners;
  • Calculation of commercial offers for partners, communication with related departments of the company on transaction support;
  • Partner support - assistance in pre-sale activities and consultations;
  • Control of software and equipment shipment to partners, control of timely payment for delivery;
  • Planning and participating in joint PR and marketing activities with vendors and partners;
  • Maintaining pipeline transactions and displaying all transaction activities in the CRM system;
  • Implementation of the sales plan;
  • Preparation of necessary reports, maintenance of sales statistics and sales forecasts;
  • Market analysis in terms of trends in the development of vendors and the industry: software, servers, networks, storage, electronics, IT technology, economics.
